Key Deadlines & Logistics

Exhibitor Form Deadline: Please complete the Exhibitor Needs Form by Wednesday, March 18th. We cannot guarantee power or specific table counts for forms submitted after this date.

Arrival & Setup: Load-in begins at 8:00 AM. All exhibits must be show-ready by 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM start.

The “Passport” System: Be prepared to provide a one-word “STEM Secret Password” at your booth to help students complete their event challenge.
