Without meaningful connections to role models and real-world examples of emerging careers, many young people struggle to envision and pursue paths that align with their interests and talents. It’s a simple truth: to imagine yourself in a role, you need to first understand that it exists and see others succeeding in it.

In partnership with community organizations and businesses throughout Northeast Ohio, NEOSTEM launched STEM All-Stars, an initiative geared to raise individual and community awareness of the many STEM careers available in the region, and to develop accessible pathways to them.
