Join a NeoSTEM Ecosystem webinar 4 p.m. Tuesday with CMSD’s CEO, the president of a school board, a leader of a community support network and a teacher to discover how you can best support learning needs
CLEVELAND – Eric Gordon, chief executive officer of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, a local teacher, the network manager of MyCom and a president of a school board will speak on a webinar at 4 p.m. Tuesday to talk about ways the community can help support students, families, teachers and administrators in the Fall.
The webinar, sponsored by the NeoSTEM Ecosystem, is scheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom. Please register to attend that free discussion here.
All are welcome to join Gordon, Mark Curtis, president of the Twinsburg Board of Education; Cynthia Booker, a media teacher; and Kasey Morgan, network manager of MyCom as they outline plans for learning in the Fall and discuss anticipated needs.
“The NeoSTEM Ecosystem is a network of partners from many sectors – from K-12 education to business and industry – all working to improve STEM learning opportunities for all,” said Alyssa Briggs, interim director of NeoSTEM. “This webinar is the first of many steps that NeoSTEM will be taking to mobilize the network to help meet needs of students, families, teachers and administrators with the expected challenges of learning in the Fall.”
The NeoSTEM Ecosystem is compiling a list of resources to meet the needs of students, families and educators throughout the region.
If you have a program that you would like to offer, please add information about it here. This is the first step in the asset map that NeoSTEM is building and will offer as a resource to the community.
