THE VALUE OF THE NEOSTEM ECOSYSTEM:

The NeoStem Ecosystem is playing a valuable role in connecting STEM-interested organizations and individuals throughout Northeast Ohio and coordinating collaborative projects.

To date, its work includes incubating collaborative projects and then sharing them across the NeoStem network. Examples include: The autonomous Soap Box Derby car project which will be available for in-school and out-of-school projects; an out-of-school project to teach coding through dance and the study of nature; Creation of a Girls Who Code Community of Practice to share best practices and encourage the formation of more Girls Who Code clubs.

The NeoStem Ecosystem holds large group meetings throughout the year; it convenes numerous small project-focused gatherings and it also disseminates information about opportunities of interest for its members.

The NeoStem Ecosystem will be activating its blog found at www.neostem.org and will offer members the opportunity to submit blogs for publication there.
