The NeoSTEM Ecosystem is recruiting businesses and others to join events with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Guardians to showcase STEM careers.
Score With STEM with the Cleveland Cavaliers will take place March 16, 2025, at Rocket Mortgage Field House where about 2,000 students, educators and families are expected to attend the STEM event and then the basketball game between the Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic.
STEM Day with the Cleveland Guardians presented by Swagelock is another opportunity for area businesses and organizations to highlight ways for students to engage in STEM. That event, which is expected to attract about 5,000 students, is planned for May 14, 2025, at Progressive Field.
“We know that STEM offers students rewarding and lucrative careers. At the same time, countless area, regional and national employers have a never-ending need for STEM-trained workers who can help drive innovation needed to drive our economy,” said Alyssa Briggs, president of TIES, the organization that helps coordinate the work of NeoSTEM and the more
than 100 other STEM learning ecosystems operating across the globe.
For information about how to exhibit, sponsor or attend either event, please reach out to info@neostem.org. Volunteers are also needed to assist with planning the event.
