Cleveland students, marketing professionals from throughout the region and business owners from Old Brooklyn are in the second week of the WIR’ED pilot project, created by NeoSTEM and the Old Brooklyn CDC. Students and the marketing professionals are helping businesses develop a stronger online presence to help their businesses grow.
Mel McGee of We Can Code IT has been leading the project with support from NeoSTEM and the Old Brooklyn CDC.
A lawn mower repair business, two barber shops, a natural wellness store, a catering company and a hair salon are among the businesses who are learning and implementing practical strategies for reaching customers online.
